 Cancellations

Please cancel your appointment by phone (562) 426-5035 as soon as you know you will not attend the class for which you're confirmed, up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. 

This will allow others to sign up for a seat in the class. 

All cancellations are subject to a $5 cancellation fee. 

Cancellations on the day of a class/no-shows will result in no refunds being issued. 

Refunds 

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations on the day of the scheduled course. 

An opportunity to reschedule the cancelled class will be offered and will be honored for up to 60 days following the date of cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for No-shows.

 **All conditions regarding the cancellation policy in the preceding paragraph must be met.**
